BMA Comment On BMJ Research Into The Impact Of The Quality And Outcomes Framework On The Treatment Of High Blood Pressure, UK

Commenting on research in the BMJ looking into the Quality and Outcomes Framework (QOF) and the treatment of people with high blood pressure, Dr Laurence Buckman, Chairman of the BMA's GPs Committee, said: "There is a mistaken belief that the Quality and Outcomes Framework is simply an incentive scheme, but it's much more than that.
